The quickest way to book and secure your appointment is through our online website booking system. We also take telephone booking on 020 8678 7241.
 

Login to your account. In your profile, you will see all upcoming appointments where you can cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can also find a cancellation link in your appointment confirmation email. Please note that you MUST cancel your appointment 12 hours before your appointment or otherwise you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost for late cancellation or 100% for not showing up.

If you purchase any of our gel polish manicures or extensions and experience any issues after you leave the salon, regardless of fault, you’re welcome to come back and get your nails fixed— free of charge within the 7 days post treatment.

Please note, regular polish finishing treatments are not covered in this guarantee.

To redeem the guarantee, please email a photo(s) of the affected nails to customercare@mynailpro.co.uk and we will handle the rest!

If you are more than ten minutes late for your appointment, we will fit you in as best we can, but may not be able to complete the full service. Please reach out to your NAILPRO location by telephone to let them know. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be charged a late fee.

We charge £10 to remove gel polish only. This does not include hard gels (UV Gel, dip, powders, acrylics). If you happen to have hard gel, you will need to book it under another service to specifically remove hard gels/ extensions.

We carry over 600 colours of DND and DC polishes. We also offer the whole collection of vegan, halal, free-from 12 chemicals nail polishes named Nailberry.

Yes! Walk-ins are always welcome at NAILPRO! Though we would recommend that clients book in advance to avoid waiting time.

NAILPRO accepts payment by debit or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You are welcome to provide a cash tip to nail technicians directly.

At NAILPRO 100% of tips (even when on credit card – we pay the fee) are passed on to the specific nail technician who accommodated you. So if you love your service, please feel free to leave a tip.

Written parental/guardian consent is required for each child aged 12-15 receiving a treatment – a consent form will be provided prior to treatment start time. A parent or guardian must also accompany any child aged 16 or under during their treatment. We recommend using the Nailberry polish range as it is light and free-from 12 chemicals which is better suited for children. Any bookings cancelled due to non-compliance with this policy will be non-refundable.

200 points = £5 credit. You can redeem points on everything from treatments, products and gift cards.

Reward points can only be redeemed in the salon. Please pop in the salon or book your treatment online as normal and on arrival at the salon, let your nail technician know you would like to redeem points. They will then apply the amount to your transaction at checkout.

Sorry, there are no cash alternatives for points.

As many as you like as long as they are in increments of 200 points.

Points expire after 2 years. You will be reminded 30 days before any points are due to expire.
